☑ Leadership: Lead Teachers have a strong background in education coupled with technical expertise in the area they teach. They are supported by Tutors, who are talented Computer Science and Engineering university students.

☑ Training: All of our instructors undergo training from the Fire Tech team in the curriculum of the course they are teaching, in the Fire Tech mission and values, and in our Child Safety Policies

☑ Fun: We select our instructors on technical expertise but also for their excellent communication skills and having a real fire for their subject. All of the courses are designed with a particular age range in mind. Usually, the age span in a group is no more than 2 to 3 years, so everyone feels comfortable.
